Ingredients

  • 250 g kippenborst
  • 500 ml kippenbouillon (zoutarm)
  • 100 g wortel
  • 60 g bleekselder
  • 5 g verse peterselie
  • 1 snufje peper
  • 1 snufje zout

Directions

  1. Breng de kippenbouillon aan de kook in een soeppan.
  2. Voeg de wortel en bleekselderij toe en laat 8–10 minuten zacht koken.
  3. Voeg de gekookte, geplukte kip toe en laat nog 2–3 minuten doorwarmen.
  4. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
  5. Garneer met fijngehakte verse peterselie.
